<p>Went to clicks pharmacy in bellville to collect my prescription. They did not have all the medication, which was understandable. The gentleman who assisted me then said I should return a few days later for the rest of my medication. I did exactly that and found that there was no medication put aside for me. Then the ladies at the pharmacy that day couldn't see on the system the difference I was supposed to get. They then requested that I come back when the gentleman that first assisted me is there. I again, did just that. My medication was ready for me when I went there. So here's the fun part. I did not receive any medication from them when I went there the second time, which was 02/11/2016, yet I receive an email for a claim on that date and co-payment. Again my medical aid covers my medication. So how does that happen? </p>
