Pathetic service!

Last year I received a gift which was bought at clicks. It was a toni and guy iron . Unfortunately I dont have the slip nor the box and when I arrived at the store ... they were willing to exchange the faulty hair straightener however they didn't have the exact same colour as the one I have . So because of a colour difference I am being denied a replacement that is what I was told . Now I am sitting with a straightener that has a 5 year guarantee but unable to use . This is pathetic service really because of colour I can't be replaced. My loyalty no longer lies with this store as much as I love it there are other alternatives out there .
