Pathetic service

Almost has lapsed since I was told by Matapelo that I will a new accy check meter as clicks now claims my meter was too old to read the rest strips they provided

I did receive a meter when Ch was not in a sealed box but rather a zip lock bag I tried to use it but without a chip to set the code the meter is off no use this apparently new meter dear don't come the usual 25 test strips or any read up on the meter .. Clicks has failed to advise what they are doing to rectify this issue bearing in mind this all started in Dec they never came bk to you. Della Reese was send numerous communication which was all read but no response was ever received

I contacted accu check they called me back once and there has been no feedback there too.

Is that s what customer service is now or is thus pathetic ppl who can't do their job
