Pathetic Service

On 13.01.2023 I went to Clicks at Cresta Mall to buy super glue. The first shop assistant whom I approached for assistance clearly was not happy to see me, hardly greeting me back. I got the glue - Pratley Super Glue - and proceeded to the pay point. The layout at the pay points makes absolutely no sense. The row is extremely long and some of the cashiers towards the right side does not even have a clear view of the clients in the queue. Even though Clicks was not busy, I still had to wait in the queue for a good 10 minutes. When I got to the front of the queue a male cashier seemed to be available, but he only rested on his elbows looking at me. When I asked if i could come he only noted "no you cannot". By this time I was really frustrated by the attitudes of the staff and having to wait so long to pay for my goods. Eventually I noticed that I could not proceed to the male cashier because he was waiting for a client who went to fetch something else in the store. Now, my question is, could he not just simply tell me in a professional manner that he was waiting for a client, instead of saying "no you cannot" - and I may add, it was as if he sort of patronized me. Ok so I finally left the store. When I got home, the Pratley Super Glue expired and I could not use it. With the pathetic service I received, I will not even consider going back to this branch.
