Pathetic service

Today I waited 20mins for the pharmacist to help, once they are done with one customer, they go to back and I don't know what they do and we were 3 customers waiting, the self medication pharmacist had to help us. How can there only be 2 pharmacist helping at prescription then after they help one customer they disappear to back but there is customers waiting, Pathetic!
