Pathetic service

I purchased Nido 3+ from Clicks Pavilion on 1 Dec 2018. They were to provide customers that purchase Nido 3+ 1.8kg tin with a free Nido bag with colored pencils and a book. I purchased Nido from another Clicks store and recieved the free bag. When I had enquired at Clivks Pavilion, the teller and Store Manager played ******** and denied knowledge of giving customers the free Nido bag. Are the staff taking the nido bags which is why us customers cannot get the bags?
