Pathetic Service

One would think that you would get better service from a company's head office. Not with Clicks! After sending a mail about a product i got a reply asking for some details.then rep**** and 3 weeks later no response from them.. I then took it to Facebook and got a reply the same day (maybe because it was public) How ever they said they would contact me and still waiting 3 days later... 1 out of 10 Clicks
