pathetic service

I went to clicks pharmacy in Golden Acres where I bought with a gift card which declined , this gift card was bought yesterday morning by my team leader . they called their cal center which they confirmed there is money on the card and was transfered to another card , which also declined . I mean really there next thing is their supervisor gives an attidute not to make a seen .I mean really this guys waisted my time I infirmed them I need to take a train to Strand and have an interview in Somerset and the only means of transport is a train . they still needed to make another call. I made a suggestion on what can be done in which to them its not right. The card has money and the things I water to but were way to less than the amount on the card.. I left the card there after that team leader spoke down on me qq
