Pathetic service

So some time last week i went to clicks in Milnerton to purchase some baby essentials, funny how all the purities were put in one large bag. As i advised the consultant that this bag is broken on the side and its heavy, she just said its fine nothing will happen. When getting out of the taxi the bag broke and the food fell down and broke, when calling the customer service agent.....she advises me to go back to that clicks and tell them as i left the food on the floor as there were broken and glasses on the food. Told them i no longer have the slip since it was wet inside the bag. Clicks is so ****ty when it comes to customer service and i have an ongoing compliant with uniliver regarding my sculpt which is still damaged and it was treseme purchased frim clicks Milnerton.
