Pathetic service

When purchasing one of the Clicks '3 for 2' items, i was told that the one plush throw was not part of the 'deal' as it not 'pictured' in the brochure, however, the throw that i wanted to purchse was tagged 'plush throw' and the manager , Ian Rangoli, refused to give it to me as part of the deal as it was not in the picture on the brochure. Which is absolutely unnaceptable to me, as a customer walking in to the store, i do not pick items off the shelf from PIctures that i see, but by reading the print. Apart from this, when the manager and his assistant manager (Coemine Ruiters) came to the cashier , they did not even have the decency to introduce themselves to me. Needless to say i am disgusted in being treated this way and walking out of their store dissatisfied.
