Pathetic service

<p>I took my child's prescription to Clicks Cycad (Polokwane) pharmacy, just to get home, and I am living outside town, to find that the antibiotics was still in power form and never mixed. My child's fever was at that stage 39 so I tried to call to find out how to mix it, as I don't have a clue how and don't want to take chances, just to stay on the line for almost 10 minutes, listening to a private conversation of the pharmacist on duty about renting a plot.... I dropped the phone to call a private pharmacy that assisted me very nicely. After I called the Clicks customer care line, and promises that the eara manager will contact me, there's nothing, not even a simple sorry from Clicks side.... This is the worst service I ever received from any pharmacy </p>
