Pathetic Service

I went to Kenilworth Centre Clicks Pharmacy about 2 months ago with a script for meds (6 repeats). The ointment has to be mixed for the use of eczema. My first experience was that I requested for the meds to be delivered and it was not, nobody even contacted me. I then complained and received a telephone call from a gentleman who apologised and gave me an email address, *** and said that this was a better way, and I will be contacted when meds are ready. I then sent email for the second repeat 27/06/2019 and heard nothing and received no response. Most pathetic service, especially when it applies to medication. Pragasen Munien ***
