PATHETIC RUNNING OF CLINIC @ TOWNSQUARE....no clue of Service delivery!

i made an appointment for the 06/04/2019 8:00am with the clinic for the Flu vaccine. 9:00am the clinic was still closed. Spoke to the locum in charge and asked for the manager I was told that the manager is not in and they are trying to find someone to open the clinic as the nurse that was suppose to pitch had arranged with someone else to pitch but that nurse also didn't pitch for duty and the staff was not aware of these arrangements. What happened to management ...why didnt management confirm the evening before that all staff requirements was in place for the Saturday morning. Why did i have to scream and shout before telephone calls get made ...why didnt someone react at 8:00am when the clinic was not opened for business? Response was it's beyond our control!!!!! Sorry i disagree, It is within your control....its within managements control ....MANAGEMENT FAILED!!!! This branch is the worse ...Stock availability, and now POOR SERVICE DELIVERY
