Pathetic, poor, unprofesionl service

Merafe .. Pathetic service .. I was really enjoying shopping at Clicks this guys messed up my experience. Luckily I can still go to Discem or Pick n Pay Pharmacy. I walked asked my daughter to ask for help, she asked him to come help, he responded to her saying he's coming. The next thing I find myself standing and waiting, when I ask him for help he tells me he's busy with a costumer, with an attitude. I asked him why didn't he say that initially so we can ask someone else he kept on giving me attitude. He asked one of the guys on the floor to come help .. no came to assist. I found someone to assist, unfortunately I didn't take down his name but I can recognize him if I can see him. Merafe was rude, unprofessional, he is not customer centric at all. There's competition out there however with such staff members Clicks is going to lose customers. This is pure brand damage and he didn't seem to care, it will help taking your staff for training on how to treat customers.
