Pathetic poor service

Clicks can close the doors of Zeerust branch. Its the most pathetic branch I have ever seen. None of the products on their website are available at Zeerust branch. Apparently Zeerust branch cannot order any stock for clients. All the stock which are not sold at other branches are dumped in Zereust branch. The staff at the tills are useless. They will rather stand around and chat than assisting clients and use all the tills when there is a long qeue of clients at the tills. Everyday the cleaner starts washing floors when the doors open at 8h00. You cannot get into the isles getting what you want to buy because the floors are wet. Really? Can't the cleaning personel starts washing floors half an hour before the doors open?
