Pathetic Poor Pharmacist Service

<p>On 2017-03-02 at 11h00 i went to Game City Mall, Greyville, Durban, Clicks Pharmacy to buy Medication with a Doctor's Prescription. Prescription had only three (3) items , we were attended by two female pharmacists who took 30 minutes busy arguing on which medication to give us, before they issued us with a medication they informed us that we must pay levy of R154-00. We then asked them if they can substitute some medication since we had no money to pay for that levy, fortunately one of their colleagues came and assisted them in a computer and discovered that there was no levy. They didn't even bother to apologise, never even explained to us why are they taking so long to help us with only three medication. </p> <p>We then asked to see their manager and we were told that she was on lunch, we couldn't talk to her. We ended up leaving, that is very disappointing for Clicks Pharmacy to deliver such poor customer service and we're not sure if they prescribed the correct medication for us. I'm not sure if i will buy again from clicks as we always getting our chronic medication from Clicks.</p>
