PATHETIC POLICIES

Clicks has an absolutely ridiculous system whereby when you arrive at the pharmacy section, regardless of how many people are waiting, even if you are the first to arrive, you have to take a ticket from the machine and then it displays on a TV screen. When your number is called you go forward and toss your paper into a box on the floor. It makes no logical sense - and it's a waste of paper. What happened to "next please" from one of the pharmacy assistants??! It used to work for years and then Clicks got the stupid idea that this system would be better not taking into account the amount of money they had to spend on the stupid ticket machines and monitors. To top it all, I was given three boxes of tablets and each was put into a separate plastic bag and then placed in a little cage secured with a cable tie. Have you not heard of the scourge of plastic Clicks?!! It is ludicrous to see how little regard you have for the environment with all this wastage. Time to rethink your stupid systems surely...
