I would like to lodge a formal complaint with you regarding the terrible service one receives when visiting your Parow Branch.

I usually collect my medication at Tygervalley and never have hassles as much when it comes to your Parow branch.

I called the branch early this morning to check when they have stock of the Venlor 150mg Adco brand and which they did.

I had my parcel made up at Tygervalley yesterday but had to cancel it today because I wasn't in the area and decided to go to Parow.

I distinctly requested that I only need 150mg and not the 300mg and I was given a price which was around 250.

My mom went to the store and firstly my medication wasn't ready for collection and she had to leave and come back again.

She was given the medication but 2 of 150mg boxes. I'm sure they could have seen that the parcel for Tygervalley was cancelled and that was what I ordered.

Its pretty difficult to get proper service especially when it feels like we doing the employees a favour by coming to your pharmacy.

These medication doesn't come cheap but not only because of this but that I want to use my repeats as it should be.

I'm honestly not a very happy customer at the moment.

I will be taking this up with the Manager of the Parow branch to.
