Pathetic Pharmacy Service

<p>I attended your branch at Bluehills Mall yesterday evening and despite waiting for quite some time for the Pharmacist to attend to me, when she eventually appeared from behind the medication section, she faffed around for a few minutes before she handed me over to someone who apparently was there to relieve her from duty. Despite the replacement taking over half an hour to fill out my prescription, she gave me 10 tablets short for the one item and two tablets short for the other item. I am tired of waiting in long queues at Clicks just to have the Pharmacist carry on like they are doing me a favour and then not even being able to count properly!this is really pathetic service and now because of the lack of care in service delivery I have to use my petrol and patience just to go back there today for 12 Short tablets which I paid for!Clicks is seriously slipping and this is not the first time I have experienced such atrocious service at your stores and I for one will not be re-visiting to get repeats of such incidences!</p>
