Pathetic online support for missing items on delivered items

I bought the stuff via Clicks Online, they delivered the incomplete items. Sent and email to them, no response what i got was automated email. I sent the Facebook message and they rep**** that they will forward my query to online team. Even today Im still waiting for Clicks online team to contact me regarding my missing items on my order.
