Pathetic online service

Due to Covid and really trying to avoid malls, I ordered face products online on the 2nd December. The website clearly states - standard delivery 3-4 business days. Today which is the 4th day, i had to call the call centre to get feedback. the order still not processed and the excuse is they have high call volumes and there is delays with orders. Why is this my problem as the client? The clicks stores in Bayside, Flamingo Vlei, Parklands Junction, Table Bay, all pathetic service hence me deciding to shop online but i guess Clicks service sucks in general. Whether you queue in the shop or online, they wont ever beat the online service of Takealot, Woolies or Checkers 60 app. Pathetic service
