Pathetic Online Orders

Ordered online and my parcel was delivered at clicks eastrand mall. How pathetic that they lost my parcel after waiting close to an hour to find out about my parcel only to find out that it was returned back to the warehouse or firm. And I made the order on the 20th April 2021 and it was returned on the 21st Apr. And I was told it was by mistake.
