Pathetic online customer service

I have placed an order for a face product I couldn't find in store at clicks, they sent me a different product they didn't even bother to phone me and tell me they no longer have this product they just sent a different one I have acne prone skin and the reason I ordered that specific product was because I need a product which has 2% salicylic acid in it not to he sent something that I didn't order, I have emailed their customer services they sent me a reference number ***9 and said they would give me some feedback within 48 hours and they still haven't, I have tried calling them several times and the line cuts and I have messaged them on Instagram they responded saying they have passed my complaint on to the relevant team for assistance and still no feedback or response this is so pathetic and disappointing, I will never shop from clicks online again.
