Pathetic manager Razaan no customer skills

Embarrassing would be an understatement of the century. I've never received such disgusting service from your branch in Grassy Park manager Razaan. I received a safeway hair iron as a birthday gift from my sister when she visited here from America. I don't use this one and wanted to take it and exchange it as its brand new I did not use it at all. I spoke to this rude manager Razaan who said I cannot exchange as I done have the receipt which I told her it was a gift. The more I am telling her I don't want the money I just would like another one or a gift card. She was so rude and I was about to lose my cool and just wanted out. She definitely needs more training on how to deal with customers and she clearly had no management skills. I want this sorted out I always buy at Clicks and new get such poor pathetic service.
