Pathetic manager

Waited for the floor manager for over 10 mins to authorise something. The cashier called her countless times she ddnt come. 1 cashier on the pay point with over 8 customers waiting . When she eventually came no apology and I said to her an apology would have been nice and she said sorry but I m technically not supposed to be here it's my lunch hour and I then asked her so must the shop close coz you on lunch and she walked away. This was at Goodwood mall. If you check cameras you could see how customers were not happy and even the mall cashier was frustrated he kept going to call her on the pa system until he had to go to wherever she was at
