Pathetic Management

"I place an order with the Manager, for specific baby formula. He said it will be in stock in three days. No call from the manager, so we went to the store and no stock. He had forgotten to place the order. Then proceeds to call another branch and we have to risk life and limb (the branch is not in a good area) to retrieve the stock, just so that my baby can get the food it needs.
