pathetic leadership

went into clicks galleria to return rotten chocolates with worms in it and has i approach the door an assistant by the name of menzi tells me to stand in the queue but he did not even ask me if i needed any help or find out whatbis going on . i asked for the manager and a guy by the name of thabraiz shaik came . and i must say he is the most arrogant person i have met . i told him about the issue with the chocolates i then told him that we had consumed abit of the rotten chocs and also about menzi and asked him about the email that was sent to clicks about the chocs i then told him that i am coming here for this and with this virus going around i wasnt sure if i was going to throw the chocolates away because the value was R700 . he then said if i am so worried about the virus why am i not wearing a mask . i then told him it is not advisable according to the who and asked him if he is a doctor . we then had a heated argument then he threatened to call mall security. if you look at the footage i was anywhere close to him. he walked out of the store and i questioned him and asked him where are the security . he said he is refusing to return the chocs and i must leave the store. he eventually did return it and stated that i am fight for stupidity . are these the type of managers that clicks has . i then spoke to my wife and said i am going to call clicks head office and sort this issue out because he is insulting me and he Kept on interrupting me while i was talking to my wife and i snapped back at him saying i am not talking to you and you said you are not going to assist i am have a personal conversation with my wife please do not talk to me . he then viewed the slipped and said you are buying all over the s**** but im returning everything at his store. and he said i must stand outside the store . thabriaz is an insult to your brand and to your store he did not even offer an apology for the experience . all he said he only sells the products and he cant give me an answer he didnt even ask if my son was ok after eating the rotten chocs but was getting very defensive . while also waiting for the refund a big sign fell from the shelf and nearly hit me and i when i told my wife about it being a health and safety risk and if i was standing near it i would have gotten injured and the safety standard isnt followed in the store. at the end of the day it was a truly pathetic experience and i wouldn't be surprised if you had more complaint about galleria .
