Pathetic *********** pharmacy service - Click's Honey Crest

I went to the pharmacy for my prescription medication on 24 March 2018. I was told by the lady behind the counter that they do not have stock of my prescription (Janumet - Diabetes) and that they would be getting stock on Tuesday 27 March 2018. She also mentioned that I would get an SMS to come collect the medication.

Needless to say, I did not get any SMS so I went to the pharmacy 27 March 2018 to collect my medication only to be told that the supplier does not supply the prescribed medication and that I need to go back to my doctor. The lady that was there today apologised and said that I should have been told this on the Saturday! To make matters worse, the useless *********** person on the Saturday put through the claim against my medical aid only for it to be reversed today!

Click’s pathetic incompetence have put me at a health risk. If I had known earlier, I would have focused on setting up my doctors appointment to get a different prescription rather than wasting my time waiting to get medication which I have now not taken for 3 days!
