Pathetic exchange policy

A very pathetic experience with Clicks at Klerksdorp in Wilkoppies' exchange policy. I bought the wrong size of Pampers only to realize this when I got home. I then took the pack back for an exchange on the following day and only to be stopped dead on my tracks right at the entrance by a lady who couldn't even look me in the eye when she told me that, '' No receipt no exchange ''. Pathetic not to exchange the SAME product for a different SIZE!!!!

This is a ridiculous policy about an exchange of an item because of a mere receipt. Boorish customer service
