Pathetic

Clicks Umhlali Kzn, customer service is gone from worse to pathetic. I guess the pharmacy staff and management don't value their loyal customers as they choose to simply ignore emails sent to them. Emailing their head office is also just a waste of time as their head office also does not value their customers.

It's apauling that such a huge retailer offers such sub standard level of service in this very crucial and difficult time of the covid 19 pendemic.

It's indeed comforting to know that customers needs are taken care of and even more importantly customers are valued.
