Pathetic dispencary service

Visited Clicks Fleurdal Bloemfontein to get a perscription filled at the dispencary department. Was helped by the assistant to the pharmasist on duty. Clearly the member of staff is not qualified and not trained at all. The staff member kept me waiting 15minutes as he has no clue how their system works as he went through each medical aid name one by one to find the one I use. Then he asked me what the medication is..who the doctor is..what the pratice number is...all stated on the script in his hand..I asked him to ask for assistance from the other 4 people behind the desk as he is clearly battling using the system. 2 other members of staff told me to be patient while they try to find their way around the system...how can I be patient after standing there for 20min and still not given my perscription. I then asked to give me it so that i can pay for it cash as they clearly dont know what either is doing and they are just wasting my time. Then I was told I cant get my script back as they have to keep it as record. I told them to make a copy of it. Another 5min to make a copy. How can 3 members of staff be left on a saturday morning on month end with a store full of customers and not know how to do what they are employed to do. Or its a case of not wanting to be at work on a saturday morning and just being difficult with customers. Clearly Clicks does not employ qualified or trained people to act as a pharmasists. There is no customer service and the other members of staff making rude comments in their own language just bacause I told the staff member he is battling with the system. Im disgusted in the service and the way I was treated. Please go through your staff list and make sure you supply sufficient training and employ qualified people. And keep untrained staff away from serving the customers as it leaves you looking like amatures.
