Pathetic Customer Service - Siybonga Mbatha

Clicks Malvern has become the height of poor customer service, if staff are not losing my scripts, they provide incorrect information to customers leading to inconvenience, frustration and waste of valuable time, My latest experience is when I visited the Pharmacy this Sunday to obtain medication for my ill son. My interaction with the pharmacist on duty namely Siyabonga Mbatha. was most humiliating, demeaning and most unempathetic. This kind of service is ********* and unacceptable. Based on this recent experience I will most definitely be re evaluating my loyalty to Clicks as a long standing consumer in light of the above experience. It appears that Clicks staff are of the assumption that they are doing the customer a favour in terms of assistance, I really wonder if this not the CLicks \motto"in terms of their retail offering. A number of visits to Clicks Malvern have yielded frustration to such an extent"
