Pathetic Customer Service Received

Today I went to the clicks branch at the new mall in Mamelodi (Mams Mall). I was very much disturbed by an unwelcoming gesture from Matome Mokoena when I brought to his attention the price discrepancy on my purchases! He didn’t show remorse for the fact that I was inconvenienced as I had to go back to the store and make them aware of such! He didn’t even properly look at the till slip and quickly disputed what I was telling him and said the points that I used from my club card were the difference of the item on promotion. I then told him that the total savings were actually the points I used! He sent one of the staff members to verify what I was saying who also came back without properly checking in all areas where the product was displayed and said the price scanned is correct! I had to go to where I took the product from and took out the ticket which was displayed and gave it to them. Fine, while I was waiting for almost 15 minutes while they were sorting out the discrepancy I decided to browse through the latest catalogue and discovered more items I wanted to buy. On my final purchase Matome Mokoena asked for my credit card and embossed the credit card numbers on the EFT slip that remains in the store. I don’t know if he did this because I paid with a black credit card or what! When I questioned him about such since it occurred for the first time using it at a clicks store, he rudely said “as employees they don’t operate the same”. I find this inappropriate and felt that I shouldn’t just let it slide because if it is one of the company’s processes let it be done consistently or rather appropriately explain to me if it is a procedure that he’s expected to follow if a ********** transaction is suspected. Well, I don’t have a problem if he had suspicions but it’s the manner in which he responded with which I find very much disrespectful and inappropriate because I have a right as a customer to seek for clarity if I spot out something irregular.
