Pathetic .. customer service from CLICKS Store in cornubia

Yesterday I went to the clicks store in cornubia reason being I purchased a smoother dummy for my baby boy a week ago and I wanted to return it for another colour because it has pink on it i spend thousands of Rand's in clicks stores every month. On arrival to the Store I was directed to LINDISWA KHWEBULANA for assistance.. Apparently she's the manager of the store who was a perfect example of an absolute poor leader..I approached her in the most kindness approach and explained to her my situation however she requested for my receipt which I didn't have however I did tell her that I used my club card when purchasing it and it should be recorded in my card ..and all I wanted to do was change it for a different colour..... however she displayed rude ... arrogant and autocratic behaviour towards me and that to in front of other clients and for me to endure that kind of humiliation I must be sick to come to that pathetic store again where leaders portray pathetic customer service ...it seems clicks need to do customer orientation courses....I'd like head office to go to the store and review the footage and listen to the audio at 13.55 on Friday 6 /8 2021 she portrayed behaviour as if I stole the dummy ...and to top it up she says I'm attacking her look into my club card how much I spend on clicks but you'll can say goodbye to that business clients need to understand what happened to me can also happen to them stay away from that Store to avoid disappointment I even told her before the situation gets out of control plz get someone else to assist me and she said boldly that there's no one else except her ....to think if she's the one that's really incharge of the store I'm really shocked at how a person with pathetic customer service be right on top of management level .... terrible service from CLICKS....
