Pathetic Customer Service

My online shopping experience has been the worst at Clicks. Ordered a digital airfryer of r2000 and another small item of much less value. My digital airfryer has not been delivered instead a small box was given to me from the couriers. After 4calls and 2emails I still have not received any concrete resolution. Their turnaround time to respond to queries is pathetic.
