Pathetic customer service

I went to the store from the doctor with a 6 months repeat script. A month later when I go get my repeat medication at Clicks I am told it's not loaded on the system it is once. I then call the doctor to confirm and return to the clicks where my original script was given. The Pharmacist can't pick it up on the system and calls the Pharmacist manager, he then tells me it's not his fault that I lost the script. I did not lose the script it was given to the Pharmacist and why was it not loaded correctly as a repeat script on the system? I fail to understand why the manager says I would request for the script back and still not have it loaded on the system but given one month medication
