Pathetic customer service

<p>This is an urgent plea for you to call Clicks Northgate and train the pharmaceutical team on what I call customer service..your guys service makes me wanna puke every time I go there,those idiots think am there to get meds on credit I want feedback of the training or else I am taking further steps...I can't deal anymore.They never smiling,dragging their feets,did I mention not helpful all they want to do is chat..when you call for help then you know you will not be greeted,given an atitude,they will tell you where to go look for meds without someone escorting you,u are worse that the service on the street
