Pathetic customer service

<p>Today was one of many occasions where I found the service at the Clicks Pharmacy at Olympus Village in Pretoria absolutely unacceptable and pathetic. The pharmacists on duty, makes you wait forever while she's conversing with "Afrikaans speaking" clients and when she eventually assists, she doesn't acknowledge you and do not greet. Her attitude really sucks and she prints all labels in Afrikaans, knowing very well that I'm English speaking. Can't help but wonder if this is because I'm a person of colour. </p>
