Pathetic customer service

Good Day

I have a complaint; I went to Clicks Tambotie Randfontein today 25 August 2025 between 12:00 and 13:00.

My Ticket number was PO44 there is a lady that jumps Infront of me it was not even her number I went, and the lady is counter no.5 ignored me point blank and helped this lady after she doesn’t even have a number.

So tell me what is the point of having a number system if it is not being adhered to they don’t even check the number ?

And after that another no. was called so my number is just being ignored.

Some people just jump to the counter while others follow the rules I’m honestly not happy and the person who work at counter 5 needs to be address for her pathetic service.

There was no accountability for her actions.
