Pathetic customer service

Clicks lack of customer service is outright frustrating. I have lodged 3 separate complaints over the past 3 months and each I have to follow up as feedback is practically non existent!

my latest encounter is with an online order that was placed on 25 Nov during Black Friday and till date I have not received my full order. The website tracker is unhelpful and the store never answers their phone. In fact they pick up the phone and drop it immediately !!! Total lack of customer appreciation. if i could I would rate them minus stars !!!
