Pathetic client care

Pathetic Logged a complaint on 10 Feb, again on 12 March, yet no action, response or attention to the matter, nor any attempt to solve the ongoing problem, discriminating against me, this after 15 years of purchasing all my medicine and toiletries, and several other items solely at Clicks. Amazing in today's climate how little companies care about their customers.
