Pathetic "Click & Collect" service

I ordered a few items online and used the "click and collect" option at my nearest Clicks branch. It clearly states that this option takes 1-3 business days.

I placed my order on the 3rd of August 2021. Today is the 12th and still nothing!! I tried to track it online, but it just states "courier collected parcel" since the 5th of August.

I called customer support on the 11th of August and the operator assured me he'll call back within 30 minutes to confirm where the package is. I'm still waiting....

The most pathetic and useless online shopping experience ever. I usually purchase online from Dischem, but tried Clicks as they were running nice specials. NEVER AGAIN!!
