Pathetic Attitude

Bought formula from clicks chatsworth 10 days ago, baby was unwell so we took him to the Dr on Friday and was requested to change to a lactose free formula. When i went to exchange thr formula at the Pavillion branch i was given attitude by 3 x staff members 1 of which was a Muslim guy. All 3 of them were bombarding me on why i cannot return the item, which i find appalling is this how you train your staff to handle customers?? I had to call the store and speak to Maureen and after much talking then only was the item exchanged and i feel this was an issue as i used a baby city packet. Either which way return process of formula is not indicated on till slip. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this matter as you have now lost a loyal customer i rather shop at Dischem they treat their customers with integrity.
