Pathetic and rude service

Last week I went there and baught a few things. The cashier that helped me (Japhier Seisa) from Clicks Waverley branch in Pretoria, wasn't friendly at all. He didn't greet me, didn't ask if I needed a bag, didn't ask for my Clicks clubcard, nothing. He didn't even thank me for my support. There was like no friendliness and no customer service involved at all. Last year I went to the very same branch and I also experienced bad service from a female cashier. I'm very disappointed with the service and the fact that I have been treated like this. They can learn a thing or two about customer service from the branch in Menlyn mall. I suggest that they should go for a course in customer service ASAP. If this is the kind of treatment and service that I can expect from a well known retailer as yourselves, then you can consider this the very last time that I ever bought something from you.
