Pathetic and painful experience

<p>About four months ago, I got a prescription from my Dr to get pills on a monthly basis. I took the prescription to Clicks Pharmacy in Rivonia and I have been going to get these pills on a monthly basis. The pharmacist (manager) who helped me the first time was very impatient in explaining how I should take the pills as a result I had misunderstood her.</p> <p>Today I went back to the pharmacy to ask that the Pharmacist properly explains to me how do I take the pills as I had just become aware that I might have been taking them wrongly, the same Pharmacist Manager was very impatient and rude and I felt humiliated as all the other Pharmacists could hear what we were talking about. She was loud and dramatic, I was so embarrassed and now vow not to ever go back to Clicks Pharmacy in Rivonia. It is very unfortunate as I've probably spent thousands of rands in medication at the same pharmacy and this is the service I got after so many times I have been there. Going forward I'll look for another Pharmacy to go get my monthly medication and hopefully a much better service.</p>
