Pathetic

On friday 10 sept my daughter 34 yrs of age went to clicks Paddocks Milnerton to get her vaccine she wanted the pfizer but the guy capturing data told her she doesn't qualify for the pfizer. My daughter asked him why? and she was told she "JUST DOESN'T QUALIFY" and must take the J&J. When my daughter got the the nurse she asked her why she doesn't qualify for the pfizer, the nurse said she had the right to choose which vaccine she wanted between pfize and j&j since they had both the vaccines, my daughter then explained to her what the data capturer had said and the nurse said now its too later to change because the data capturer had already entered into the system that she is taking the j&j. My daughter reacted so badly to the j&j and i had to phone the store to ask what RIGHT does the data capturer have TO CHOOSE WHAT VACCINE MY DAUGHTER MUST HAVE WHEN IT WAS HER CHOICE TO CHOOSE WHICH VACCINE SHE WANTED. I spoke to the Pharmacy manager who told me that the system had changed a week ago and when you register online the system tells you which vaccine one must take, IMAGINE SUCH LIES FROM A MANAGER. I even spoke to the nurse who said who gave her the vaccine and she confirmed that yes my daughter had asked her why she was told she doesn't quality for the pfizer. I logged a complain with the clicks stores customer care and its days now they haven't responded to me. My complain is WHY DID THE DATA CAPTURER CHOSE A VACCINE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND WHY THE MANAGER TOLD ME LIES.
