Pargo services is a ****, my parcel got lost, after that they have a nerve of closing the case,without my R500 , I hate Pargo services

Pargo misplaced my item, now they don't want to refund me. They sent me a claim form, I did that and return it to Tyler Christians,hence she is the one who sent me the link. I attached banking details, all the proof they needed I uploaded them, even the dates, the pictures,after completing the form the confirmation saying ,I have successfully completed the form,I then forwarded it to Tyler,and they kept quite until I reached out to them,only to be told that they cant find the form,Tyler blamed me saying I did not open the link and complete the form. After spending 6 hours completing the form,attachments,going to the bank. They are so unprofressional, zero customer service. The incident happened in January, now its Apri.what do you call that. I need my R500 refund Pargo,they know my number
