Parcel not delivered

I placed an online order on the 30th of April and as of yet have not received my order. I've sent several emails, but all of them go unanswered. This is great cause for concern seeing how I never had any problems buying from Clicks in this manner. I will no longer support them, rather switch over to Dischem
