Parcel MIA and nobody contacting me

I ordered a parcel online at clicks and besides the fact it took forever to be out on delivery it was then not delivered as indicated and now says "hijacked parcel". I have emailed and called but nobody will or can tell me what is going on except that someone will call me in 2 days....well 2 days are up and I want to know what the hell is going on. Give me my money back or my parcel...its not rocket science
