Parcel chaos at selling desk & twice denied

Greenstone Clicks signed for my RAM parcel on 2 Sep 2025. Went in store to collect 4th Sep & 8th Sep.Both times denied parcel. told get a pin. they are rude and do not look at parcel list. now seemingly RAM provides name of Clicks staff member that signed for it. DO I go a THIRD TIME to Clicks Greenstone and have to watch them pick up parcels off the floor, off the toilet paper stack and under the counter and wherever they put some parcel as it certainly was not in a cages/secured area.
